How do I place an order?

Placing an order is easy. Wherever you see a product you can shop it: simply select your size and click ‘Add to Cart’. Your chosen item will appear in your shopping cart on the top right of the screen. As you continue to shop or browse the site you can click on the cart to see its contents at any time. When you’re ready to place your order, select ‘Proceed to Checkout’ from the cart and follow the straightforward prompts to complete our one-step checkout process. Do I need an account to make a purchase?

You can shop without creating an account. However, register with us and you’ll be able to enjoy the following benefits:

– Track your orders and review past purchases

– Request a return or exchange directly from your account

– Add sold out items and products you love to your Wish List

– Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be cancelled.

Do you accept returns?

Your satisfaction is Mario Enzo’s goal! 

You have up to 30 days to return an item, however you must request your returns  within 14 days. For full details on the returns process, see our Returns page.


Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.

Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:



Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface. Always try on shoes on carpet. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes.



Please try on over underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove protective slip.



Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.

Can I track my order?

You’ll receive an order confirmation email, and then once your order has been processed, fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a tracking email with specific tracking for your order. For your convenience we have an order tracking page where you can input your tracking numbers to check the delivery status.

When can I expect my package?

Most orders are delivered via the major global shipping partners, including DHL, FedEx, UPS & USPS. The specific courier company used may vary depending on your location. The actual delivery time will depend on the third party suppliers and their courier accounts. In most cases, however, you will receive our item within 7 business days. What if my address was wrong?

Sorry, but we cannot do anything about it. Please take extra care when entering your delivery details as we are unable to change delivery details or resend items which have been sent to the wrong address. If it would be an issue at our end we would fix it asap and send you a new package.

What if the product is lost in the mail?

If the mail service loses your package, we will ship you a new one at our costs.

What countries can I ship my order to?

You can ship to any country in the world including United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, Italy, France, Spain, although shipping carriers and delivery times may vary.

Custom duties & taxes?
Customers from the European Union
For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, there are no customs duties. All prices are inclusive of value-added tax (VAT).
Customers outside the European Union
For most countries outside of the European Union, value-added tax (VAT) is normally not due. Our team facilitates the import/export process, and all the related taxes and fees are included in the total price at checkout, so there are no hidden costs.

If a customer ships an item to a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) destination (countries listed above), then the price displayed will be exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all customs duties and local sales taxes levied by the destination country; we are unable to estimate the total amount of these fees. Payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
Is my credit/debit card safe to use online?
